At ioda, we bring 20 years of experience of working with public, private and voluntary sectors across the UK. We have also worked extensively internationally, delivering a range of development programmes on behalf of the Department for International Development (DfID). We have two directors who are supported by a team of skilled and experienced facilitators and consultants, backed up by an outstanding support team.

Our core business is providing training and consultancy support through leadership & management development, personal effectiveness and equality and diversity. We specialise in delivering leadership and management that is always bespoke to the client’s needs with a clear thread of E & D blended throughout. This comes with a robust continuous improvement cycle built in, ensuring we can always evidence return on investment.

As accredited centres for the CMI and ILM we also provide accredited training from first line manager through to the Certificate in Strategic Management. Alongside this training, we also have an expert team that deliver equality and diversity training. Our approach to staff development also includes using a blending learning approach to maximise and accelerate learning and business improvements.

As part of our consultancy services, we have worked with numerous organisations in identifying solutions and designing in business improvements with a strong emphasis on value for money. We have developed leadership strategies, internal culture initiatives and facilitated change programmes within the public sector for local councils, NHS and emergency services. In the private sector we have supported cross-functional initiatives in multi-cultural organisations.

Our highly skilled trainers have strong experience from working across a full range of clients nationally and internationally, both in operational and training roles. They have developed an impressive knowledge from these experiences, which brings added value to any programme. This exposure to a wide range of different organisations, cultures and people enables our team to maintain a ‘feet on the ground’ perspective, which is evident in all they do.
