Carmen has been a close and valued associate of the ioda family for over 15 years.

With over 25 years’ experience in the field of diversity and inclusion, she has significant experience across a wide spectrum of diversity and inclusion, including strategic diversity management, training and development and consultancy. 

Carmen is experienced at working within large complex organisations, ensuring that diversity and inclusion strategies are aligned to local, regional, national and global HR and business functions.

She supports organisations, across industries and sectors, to develop leadership around inclusion. She has supported a wide range of organisations, to design more inclusive workplace environments, through the delivery of coaching and mentoring services to staff at all levels.

Carmen has supported a wide range of clients across industries, to design and develop and roll out, diversity and inclusion priorities.  She takes a strategic approach to developing and cultivating a mindset for equity and belonging, within project deliverables.
