Ruth Richardson
Business Development Manager
As Information and Data Manager Ruth is responsible for ensuring the robustness and where necessary compliance of everything we do working closely with our Head of Training and Operations and our Operations Manager. Coming from a consultancy background, Ruth has utilised her skills gained from these roles to create a suite of data reporting tools to meet the requirements of the apprenticeship programmes including OFSTED and ESFA requirements. The data that Ruth creates, collects and evaluates is crucial in influencing both the strategic decision making of the business as well as the quality of training and support we provide.
Ruth also works closely with our Chief Executive in business development preparing bid and tender documents. From initial bid evaluation and decision to tender, through management and allocation of resources, to the ultimate production and submission of a bid, Ruth creates documents that bring our services to life and reflect the core elements that are inherent in all our training; fun, learning and a safe environment.
