Coaching Professional Apprenticeship

Managers and Coaches should have the skills and competence to engage and empower individuals and teams, to improve their professional performance and empower people to fulfil their true potential. They need to be competent in relationship building, learner centred philosophies, facilitation and believe every person can access their greatness with the right support.

Who is it for?

The Coaching Professional Apprenticeship Programme is ideally suited for HR/L&D professionals and those working as or aspiring to be managers and coaches who are looking to develop their own specialist professional skills and qualifications

Responsibilities

Engage with key stakeholders and senior leaders, work with HR and L&D professionals to ensure any coaching practice supports organisational policies and procedures. To create a safe and healthy learning environment working within a confidential relationship while keeping and retaining appropriate records and evidence. To behave in a manner that reflects the professionalism of the coaching role including adhering to safeguarding requirements.

Qualification Level

Successful apprentices will be awarded the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Coaching and a CMI Level 5 Award in Mentoring.
