Apprenticeships are structured training programmes undertaken within a working environment where learners use the skills and knowledge gained through work to gain a recognised qualification and improve their individual workplace performance. Apprenticeships can be undertaken by anyone over sixteen, whether a new or existing employee and provide a great way of gaining a qualification whilst continuing to earn a wage. The average time for completion of our Apprenticeships qualifications is between 18 - 24 months.
Using a blended learning approach that involves face-2-face tuition, online learning, virtual classroom tutorials and support, work-based assessments and the use of individual development dashboards, our approach is truly integrated.
Working in cohorts, learners engage in a blend of organisationally specific activities, seamlessly aligned to the CMI accreditation. This can include the use of workplace specific projects and specific transference of learning activities. Tutorials and guidance seven days per week ensure delegates successfully complete their apprenticeship and are confident at End Point Assessment.
Our evaluation and RoI process ensures regular monitoring and assessment against agreed KPIs and performance metrics.
