With over sixteen years’ experience of delivering employment, care, health, and housing services to people with a diverse range of complex and challenging needs, Emily’s skills in supporting individuals were an easy fit into the ioda team. Initially joining the ioda team as an Equality and Diversity trainer, working predominantly in the Emergency services, her outstanding coaching skills were soon recognised and with this, she moved across to our Workplace Coaching team, supporting our Apprentices across the Yorkshire region.
This role runs parallel to all learning activities for Apprentices and provides the one-2-one support that is so essential in ensuring successful completion of the apprenticeship. As a Workplace Coach, Emily provides guidance, support and feedback throughout the apprenticeship, visiting the Apprentices on-site on a monthly basis and engaging with them on-line, by telephone and through webinar tutorials.
