Apprenticeship Support & Wellbeing Lead - Business Support Team

Coming from a background of working in a variety of customer service environments, Beth brings strong communication and listening skills to the ioda team.

Working alongside Samantha Vint in our Apprenticeship support team, Beth is responsible for ensuring the Apprentice’s learning journey runs smoothly and effectively. She is pivotal in supporting our learners to ensure that they remain on track and achieve their goal of both completing their Apprenticeship and gaining their Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.

Beth is a constant presence throughout an Apprentice’s learning journey, from initial liaison prior to induction, through the submission of their work and attendance on workshops and webinars, ending with their End Point Assessment.
