Even with a successful track record in learning and development, Jason is still a fan of ‘rolling his sleeves up’ and getting on with challenges associated with business operations and development. His achievements build on an exceptional commercial understanding coupled with empathy and insight into human psychology. The focus for him has always been helping others un-pick the hurdles they have in order to engage with their own challenges and in a workplace environment all of which make him an ideal Workplace Coach, supporting our Apprentices as they journey through their programmes.
