Emma is an experienced and qualified coach, trainer and facilitator. Using creative techniques Emma utilises her deep knowledge and understanding of human thinking and behaviour to challenge thought patterns and perspectives. This develops a deeper level of self-awareness and learning which allows for change and growth.
Emma loves designing bespoke training for maximum impact and inclusivity, ensuring the client and her learners are at the heart of all she does.
Coaching others is Emma’s passion, whether implementing coaching cultures, delivering training programmes and workshops or working one to one with clients. Emma has a unique and varied background and this is utilised and drawn upon to create innovative solutions in the classroom and in her consultancy work. She is also a strategic member of the international society of qualified coaches and experienced teacher of ILM and CMI management and leadership programmes.
