As a qualified coach and leadership development trainer with over 15 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Martyn specialises in delivering leadership development programmes, leadership coaching and executive coaching across a wide range of sectors. In his role as chair of the UK Group of the International Society of Qualified Coaches, he recognises the valuable role that coaching plays in helping leaders to think clearly as their lives become ever busier.
Working as an Executive Coach, Martyn focuses on providing leaders with the tools to achieve positive outcomes for themselves and their organisations. He creates mentoring programmes that match mentees with suitable mentors to support their career progression, often outside of their sector of working. His achievements were rewarded in 2018 with the receipt of Leadership Development, Learning & Organisational Development & L&D Team of the Year at the 2018 HR Distinction Awards.
