Clara is an Executive Coach with over 10 years corporate leadership experience, who is committed and passionate about the growth and professional development of individuals so that they are visible, recognised and fulfilled.
As a Workplace Coach, she is supporting our Apprentices as they journey through their apprenticeship programmes . She brings her amazing background in leading and directing teams to success to develop her Apprentices skills and knowledge across the broad spectrum of management and leadership. Her understanding of working at a strategic level, defining customer strategy, driving cultural change through innovative approaches and providing leadership and support to high performing teams enables her to develop her Apprentices into resilient and effective leaders and managers.
