Leadership & Management Trainer, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Trainer
Hayley joined ioda in 2023 as an Associate Trainer, focused on the delivery of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training but her background in training spans all elements of leadership, management and coaching. Her experience as an L&D professional in both the public and private sector means that she brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to the classroom.
Hayley is a passionate advocate for promoting and supporting neurodiversity within the workplace as well as being a highly effective coach and training facilitator in people development and change management. She is a Fellow Member of the Learning and Performance Institute and both an MBTI and Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner.
