Helen is a Trainer and Coach who is passionate about people - she loves nothing more than working with individuals to see them thrive. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Helen has 20 years’ experience working in both the Public and Private Sectors. Throughout her career she has held senior leadership positions, shaping strategy and helping organisations to grow through the talents of their people. Helen has now swapped the boardroom for the classroom focusing on what she loves most: developing people through training and coaching.
