Apprenticeship Support - Business Support Team
Kirsty comes from a management background in the Health Care Sector, she understands the importance of reassurance, compassion and empathy, all of which are important attributes in her role within our Business Support Team.
Working alongside the rest of the team in our Apprenticeship support team, Kirsty is responsible for ensuring the Apprentice’s learning journey runs smoothly and effectively. She is pivotal in supporting our learners to ensure that they remain on track and achieve their goal of both completing their Apprenticeship and gaining their Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
Kirsty is a constant presence throughout an Apprentice’s learning journey, from initial liaison prior to induction, through the submission of their work and attendance on workshops and webinars, ending with their End Point Assessment.
