Emma comes from a background in customer-focused roles dedicating herself to delivering quality and been a team player. Emma is responsible for ensuring the Apprentice’s learning journey runs smoothly and effectively. She is pivotal in supporting our learners to ensure that they remain on track and achieve their goal of both completing their Apprenticeship and gaining their Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
Emma is a constant presence throughout an Apprentice’s learning journey, from initial liaison prior to induction, through the submission of their work and attendance on workshops and webinars, ending with their End Point Assessment.
