Iain has a proven track record of twenty years as a successful trainer, coach, assessor, manager and people development consultant. This experience has been gained from working with a diverse range of organisations, both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on the service provision sector.
Furthermore, he has gained fifteen years’ experience as a teacher and department head in an urban comprehensive school. This extensive knowledge, acquired from a number of roles and environments, enables him to coach and assess staff with a pragmatic approach to their development. This is coupled with a drive to produce measurable improvements to staff at all levels within an organisation.
