This is a Management and Leadership Apprenticeship programme to equip individuals with the tools, knowledge and confidence to develop their future career pathways. It has been designed to incorporate the additional issues that can affect a manager from a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic background, which can be different to those issues faced by their majority group colleagues.
