She is the founder of self-actualised thinking® which is dedicated to empowering senior leaders through inside-out leadership approaches. She is on a mission to help senior leaders recognise that effective leadership starts with them.
Sally joined ioda as our Relationship and Design Lead to promote collaborations, facilitate connections and create an energy that accelerates business for ioda in the best possible way. She asks questions, is not afraid to challenge and will always provide an alternative perspective. Her aim is to provoke growth, promote change and always push for bigger thinker as ioda moves into its new ‘normal’.
