As Managing Director Lisa is responsible for the daily delivery of training and other services working closely with clients to produce the perfect training solutions.
Lisa is our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion lead where her expert knowledge and considerable experience is in much demand. Her reputation for frankness, clarity and making the complex simple to understand has made her a well-known figure in the area and highly respected as a leader in inclusive leadership. Lisa also has a strong track record in mediation and working with organisations to repair dysfunctional teams and to rebuild the confidence of managers and staff, particularly in the area of fairness and inclusion.
Working closely with our Head of Training & Operations Manager Helen Pickup, Lisa ensures a joined-up approach to all our training and services to create the seamless learning experience.
