Pat Wade

Leadership & Management Trainer, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Trainer

Pat is an Associate Trainer that has worked with ioda for the past four years.  He is an experienced trainer/facilitator, in facilitating training in a supportive, fun and stimulating manner that uses a range of techniques to enable clients to step outside of their comfort zone and take some risks. He firmly believes that people learn more when they are outside of their comfort zone, albeit in a supported training environment. His approach to training is underpinned by the learning he has gained in different organisations and the successful completion of courses on coaching, training, facilitation, equality and diversity and group dynamics.

As part of our core apprenticeship training, Pat has worked across a wide variety of our clients including Dixons Carphone, The Stroke Association and Wakefield. At these clients, he has developed our training of the two modules of Managing Change and also Creating and Delivering Operational Plans into an insightful and client-specific offering that has received excellent feedback. His blending of client information into the modules has led to changes being enacted within the organisations as learnings from the classroom have been transferred into the workplace.
