The Housing Division has engaged ioda over many years to provide support for managers to resolve intractable issues in their teams. They have never failed to find a solution. They can provide different approaches in order to seek resolution. Managers have always found the interventions productive and team members are also positive in their feedback even when the conversations have been direct. Those involved benefit from the underlying coaching approach. We have also used idoa’s coaching and mentoring service to develop new managers.
