The Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) began working with ioda in 2015, initially around upskilling line managers in dealing with difficult situations and managing conflict.
The relationship developed and Sally Dale supported CPI through a time of organisational change by consulting with our management team and developing our new innovation project management processes.
CPI staff have always provided positive feedback on the staff at ioda on their professional and flexible approach to delivering topics which their trainers are extremely knowledgeable on. 2018 has seen the relationship grow further and we are collaborating on both our Leadership Apprenticeship Programmes and our Management Development Programmes. Staff development is key to the future success and growth of CPI and ioda are playing a key role in CPI’s journey as a learning organisation. This is being achieved by utilising the talents ioda have in developing fit for purpose, bespoke and innovative training solutions to support us in achieving our goals.
