Gilly has over 20 years extensive experience of working in Private, Public Sector, Financial Services, Regulated Environments and SMEs as a HR and Learning and Development professional and holds CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management. Her specialisms are people development and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. In terms of operations roles, she has held senior management roles within Learning and Development and as Head of Business Partnerships
As part of these roles Gilly developed her experience and expertise in a range of areas designing leadership and management development programmes (including CMI and ILM accredited initiatives), providing coaching services, developing soft skills workshops and providing facilitation services across a wide range of sectors. In a strategic capacity, she has implemented L&D strategy and undertaken OD consultancy whilst also managing L&D teams ensuring operational objectives are met.
She is an MBTI, insights and Belbin Profiling practitioner and has in-depth experience of psychometric profiling. Since joining ioda, Gilly has taken up the role of Workplace Coach as part of our apprenticeship team, successfully supporting and guiding learners with a number of local authority cohorts.
