Working alongside Hannah Daniels in our Apprenticeship support team, Sam is responsible for ensuring the Apprentice’s learning journey runs smoothly and effectively. She is pivotal in supporting them to ensure that they remain on track to achieve their goal of both completing their Trailblazer Apprenticeship and gaining their Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
Sam is a constant presence throughout an Apprentice’s learning journey. From initial liaison prior to their Induction, through the submission of their work and attendance on workshops and webinars, ending with their End Point Assessment.
Since the inauguration of the ioda House training facility, Sam has managed The Venue including bookings by clients, arranging refreshments, meet and greet and problem-solving for students and trainers alike.
