Interesting research published by PwC appears to support ioda’s long-held view that managing performance is not a once-yearly event, marked by a form filling exercise, but a continuous process that could take many routes. Appraisal of work performance should take a “done-with” approach and not feel like done to process that ticks an HR box.
PwC research has revealed that two-thirds of large companies are considering revamping their appraisals process, with one in 20 looking to scrap formal evaluations entirely.
