Leadership & Management Trainer
Veena started her career as a solicitor in private practice, specialising in Employment Law. She subsequently set up her own HR / Employment law consultancy, providing support services as an independent Employment Law Consultant and Trainer. She has over 20 years’ experience in representing, supporting and training local, national and international organisations from a wide range of sectors, including fire services, housing associations, schools, residential care homes, medical centres, NHS Trusts, local authorities as well as multi-national companies.
She is working with ioda in developing our HR training function where she will be providing informative, jargon-free and engaging training workshops, for delegates at all levels, from Board level to frontline staff. As an applied positive psychology practitioner, when combined with her legal background, she will be providing an empathetic and accountability-based focus to her training and consultancy.
