Ruth Langdon | Client Services Manager and Trainer

Ruth is enthusiastic about the development of individuals and teams. The response to her training sessions from delegates is often that they are enlightening and thought-provoking, whilst providing practical solutions to topics that are considered charged and demanding. There are no ‘off the shelf solutions’ when Ruth is in a training room.

As a coach, Ruth has an intuitive knack of building rapport and then getting to the heart of development issues with delegates. They then work collaboratively together to seek practical and pragmatic solutions.
